01 BOOK
- Submit an inquiry via the booking form below, selecting your session type and preferences.
- Receive personalised proposal, invoice, and contract,
- Once confirmed with a deposit payment, your session date and details are secured.
02 PLAN
Before the shoot:
You'll receive structured support, clear preparation resources, and approachable guidance. Caitlin prioritises clarity and communication, ensuring you feel prepared and relaxed, knowing exactly what to expect at every step.
03 SHOOT
On the day:
- Lighting setup and test shots
- Arrive at your scheduled session (studio or selected location)
- Session begins promptly with a brief introduction and setup overview.
- Caitlin guides your session professionally and calmly, managing pacing, setups, and direction throughout.
- Session concludes on time, as planned.
04 EDIT
After the shoot:
✓ Proof Gallery Sent Within 5–7 Business Days
- You’ll receive a lightly edited proofing gallery with all the best images from the shoot
✓ Select Your Final Images
- Your package includes [X] downloadable images. You’ll use the Favorites tool inside the gallery to make your selection
✓ Optional Touch-Ups
- Minor clean-up edits (e.g. background distractions) can be requested by commenting inside your Favorites list
- More detailed retouching (e.g. skin, object removal, reshaping) can be quoted separately

Can I bring someone along for support or additional photos?
Whats the difference in sessions?
What if I am camera shy?
That’s completely normal. My sessions are designed to put you at ease. I’ll guide you through simple prompts and poses, but we’ll also leave space for organic moments to unfold.
Can I bring multiple outfits?
For extended sessions - yes, multiple outfits are encouraged.
Standard headshots: we recommend 1 outfit only due to time restrictions.
How does image selection work?
